These terms apply to quotes and project work done by CirkitLab. A written quote or email approval counts as agreement.
Quotes and scope
- Scope, cost and time are fixed in the quote before work starts.
- Extra needs outside the quote are charged separately after approval.
Design files and ownership
- Paid design files, boards and firmware are handed over on final payment.
- Client designs are kept private and never shared with others.
- General methods and reusable test setups remain with CirkitLab.
Testing and support
- Boards and firmware are tested on real hardware before delivery.
- Early faults found in normal use are fixed as per the quote.
- Damage from wrong power, wiring or changes by others is not covered.
Timelines and payments
- Timelines depend on part supply and client feedback speed.
- Delays from part shortage or late inputs extend delivery fairly.
Liability
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for that project. CirkitLab is not liable for indirect losses, field failures from use outside agreed specs, or certification results.
Governing law
These terms follow the laws of India. Disputes are handled in Gujarat, India.
